uncomfortable.
Room soundproofing is very poor.
Knocked on the wall by the next room.
At three o'clock in the morning someone was yelling.
Very disappointing stay experience
Just don't go here!!! It was falsely advertised 10/10, more like 1/10 if that, no stars here!!! It was in poor condition, no cable, no wifi, dirt and dust everywhere, angry front service, no coffee or tea or machine, OLD beds, old linen, we slept ontop of covers but left at 2am finally. Vagrants and vagabonds, harassed by drunks, got locked out because they have to lock doors to keep the trash out but give no front door key for customers. It is not disability accessible. When we asked about food references, the manager took old Chinese food menus from delivery out of the garbage to give to us. What???
Restaurant on site but would not deliver. What???
This is not a patron safe establishment.

It served its purpose. A bed and a bathroom for the night. Could smell stale cigarette smoke in the check in area as well as in the room its self. The hotel its self was not handi cap accessible they had stairs into the building, no ramp access, and the elevator floor and level we were on did not line up so had to lift my walker when got to floor we were on. For the one night it was fine, would not stay any longer then that. Would not recommend it to friends or family
Front desk was super nice. The room was awful. It was a smoking room which would explain the burns in the carpet. No A/C, old CRT TV, chairs at the table from bar downstairs, cinterblock shower, do not hang out in the parking lot unless you're looking for things you buy in parking lots. The room seemed as clean as it could be, for the price you get what you pay for. It's better than the Travelodge and cheaper so that's a bonus.
This hotel is attached to a hotel and a bar with VLTs and is located on a busy intersection. If you are looking for a quiet place to stay, this isn't it. When I entered the room it was like someone had emptied a spray can of Axe Body Spray. The smell was so offensive that I had to open the window to air out the room, even though it was freezing outside. I was staying in a non-smoking room, but when I flushed the toilet the first time ash came up. The room looked as though someone has cleaned it recently it was obvious that it wasn't done well. The coffee maker had mouldy coffee in it. The carpet was disgusting. The heater in the room was broken so it was freezing all night. I woke up with a fever and a bad cough (I had been fighting a cold). The water in the room had no pressure and never actually got hot. I had to let the tap run for 5 minutes before the water got warm enough to wash my face.

Friendly staff and large room in good condition. Not a fancy place by any standards, but nothing to complain about either if you're looking for a cheap and clean place to spend the night. Neighbourhood is the real drag. I was moving from BC to ON and had my car full of the stuff we didn't want to trust to the movers, like our brand spanking new iMac, my wife's expensive camera equipment and so on, and the parking behind the hotel was an unlit back-alley that looked so dodgy that with my car full of stuff I decided to move it over right in front of the nearby RCMP office, which was luckily only a block and a half. I also went looking, on foot, for a restaurant, and didn't find any that was open within 3 blocks. But, the hotel itself was absolutely fine, clean, quiet, and seemed well run.
