The entrance is lovely and staff is great. The Italian restaurant was nice (Tammy was amazing!) and then we got to our room… it was less than average. The beds squeak audibly so that each time you move, you wake your roommate (we heard the couple above us for some time too). You can hear everyone in the halls even when they aren’t being loud. The rooms and halls need a good deep clean or better yet a revamp. Things weren’t necessarily unclean but dingy. It’s older, which is okay, but at least make sure things like bed frames are in good order. Overall very mediocre.

BW NBay is our go-to in North Bay. Pool, hot tub, restaurant, bar, all day coffee and walking distance to the Crown and Beaver. And reasonable rates.

The pool and hot tub were excellent, but were closed by 8 pm for maintainence - too early. The rooms were great. The advertising for complimentary breakfast was totally misleading, there was none, very unprofessional!
