While the property was beautiful it was a basement unit (to my surprise) and the noise from above us was intolerable. We could hear Every step from upstairs and the insulation between floors was so poor that you could even hear people talking from upstairs.

I was there for a funeral. I had lived there 60 plus years ago and the town had really changed. Lived on Broadway and did try to find the house ....it was gone. I mostly was at the funeral and then back home.

We love visiting North Bend. The home was close enough to restaurants that you can walk. Never met a mean or rude person in North Bend and even other drivers are courteous.
