"From the welcome received to the final goodbye, all the staff were first rate, Friendly, helpful and nothing seemed too much trouble. The room was well fitted out, little surprised that in this day only an “in bath” shower was in the room but it didn’t cause us any issues, though we do, at 80 years, prefer walk in showers. Another comment, NOT a criticism as this a general observation for most hotels we’ve stayed in which is good number, why in a room for two people do hotels only offer one comfortable chair? We would definitely stay at this Futura hotel again and based on this experience use Futura in another city."

"The 2010 golf course is a great design, a real challenge and was in amazing condition following the long hot summer. The room was well appointed with a comfy bed. The staff were all fantastic and oh so friendly and helpful starting with the doorman on arrival. Dinner in The Grill was good although it was disappointing how many restaurants were closed in September. Overall a great experience."

"The hotel is acceptionally well located. Within a short walking distance of most sites. The hotel was clean and well kept. The rooms were nice. Comfortable beds. The staff was friendly and professional. The breakfast was nice."

"The hotel location was fantastic, the swimming pool was great fun for the kids, received a complimentary beer which was a unexpected nice bonus! The rooms was lovely and spacious, the surrounding area is busy so you would expect to hear outside noises but we didn't and everything was nice and peaceful!"

"Lovely, quiet and spacious room on the 6th floor. Really friendly and welcoming staff. Excellent parking adjacent to the hotel, safe and secure with no access unless you put in your registration so extra peace of mind if you need to drive - £19 per day but not bad for this level of security in a city centre imo."
