"We asked for a room on the first floor due to a handicap issue and the staff was absolutely wonderful in rearranging our reservation to accommodate us. Made all the difference for our stay! Was the best! Quiet, peaceful, safe outside, wonderful staff! "

"The staff was friendly and the hotel clean. However, it's very dated. Also, they don't have elevator access which they do mention in the description but if you don't carefully read what the hotel provides, you'll miss it and be surprised at check in. "

"The food selection at the resort was amazing. For dinner, we ate at Embers and the entire meal was wonderful. For breakfast, we ate at Chile Ristra and once again, the meals were delicious. The servers at both restaurants were very friendly and hospitable. The room was nice. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was very spacious. My only small complaint with the room was that it took a while to cool. After a few hours of being downstairs, the room still felt a little warm, but it wasn't that big of an issue. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay. "
