"Didn’t eat in the restaurant. Didn’t appreciate not having any sheets for the couch bed. Didn’t appreciate having stains on the couch bed. Should at least use mattress covers so the guest won’t see the nasty stained mattress or replace the mattress. "

"No pool, no hot tub, no free breakfast. Our room was upgraded, but too big really."

"The staff is wonderful! Great bar, good but small gym, excellent restaurant but the hotel needs a refresh. The rooms are very dated. "

"It is a good value. They are updating some areas so it just may take time. the breakfast is adequate. We could not get the TV to turn off. I had to just turn down the volume to sleep. I reported it and they tried to fix it but it still would not turn off. the toilet also backed up and when I went to the desk to let her know I was told she would give me a plunger but no one is there to help. My roommate actually went to Walmart and bought a plunger to use (they did reimburse her) But there should be someone on property that can do this sort of thing. "
