I would have rated all 5 star but the restaurant Atwood was closed and we weren’t notified in time to change plans!
The staff and (Mr.Brown ) were extremely accommodating! It was my bday and they decorated our room with all sorts of goodies including a hand made stuffed wash cloth doggie! Our housekeeper was amazing too!
The room decor is such fun and extremely clean! The only drawback is the rooms are very small and some not configured well!
All and all it’s a wonderful place to experience!!!!🍍

The room was clean, bed was very hard and creeky. The refrigerator froze our drinks and food we placed into it and there was not a microwave in the room to heat up food we bought. Our room was next to the elevator so we could hear everyone going up and down as well as every conversation had down ...

The room was awesome. Much larger than expected. The staff at the front desk and in the restaurant were great. The only complaint I have is the carpet in the hallway on the 2nd floor was bunching up in several areas creating a potential tripping hazard.
