“Stayed there since 15 minutes from Miami University of Ohio. Dropped my son off and would stay there again. ”

“I stayed here for 4 nights and really enjoyed my stay. It was only my young son and I, and we felt safe staying here.. The staff was very friendly the moment we walked through the door. The room was very clean and smelled nice. I never leave reviews but this one deserved it a nice review. Ive stayed in plenty of hotels in the area over the years and this was by far the nicest. ”

“Room was clean and comfortable. Young lady Nora at front desk was wonderful - very friendly and beyond helpful. But, typical of Tru - lack of storage space if you were to be there beyond a couple of days.”

“Stayed during the Cincinnati Open. Drive to the event was quick and rady. The hotel is located in a nice wooded area across from a golf course. Staff was friendly and always available. ”

“It seemed like the room had not been stayed in for a while so the desk bench and towels had dust but everything else was fine. Bed was comfy and clean, no bed bugs, bathroom was clean, floors and mirrors were clean. Just a little dusty.”

“The property and the service are great. However the check in process was terrible as we had to call Expedia and have the payment sent to the hotel. The credit card was as denied even though I had already paid. This was a long complicated process and very frustrating. I expected to check right in with out hassle. To make matters worse I was told the room would only cost 75.00 dollars if I had called the hotel directly. I will not be using Expedia in the future nor recommend it to others. ”

Staff always does a Great Job and after a Horrific Hotel stay across the River we were so Grateful to be back at the Courtyard with a Professional and Happy Staff. The Location is Excellent and makes for a Great Easy walking area! Always a Pleasure to visit ”
