"The hotel was very clean, staff was friendly, especially Conor who welcomed us when we checked in. Coffee and baked goods were offered all day and breakfast was excellent. The decor had a nautical flair with art work through out. We also enjoyed relaxing on the front porch. If you're planning on going to Bar Harbor we highly recommend staying here."

We've stayed in this hotel twice before in previous years and it's been nicely renovated since. We love that it is dog friendly and within walking distance from downtown Bar Harbor restaurants and shops. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The complimentary water, breakfast foods, and snacks were a nice plus. Everything was clean and the check-in/check-out was efficient. We were able to check into our hotel rooms early which was great because we were in the area in the early afternoon. "
