The staff was very helpful and accommodating. My family loved the delicious chocolate chips cookies in the lobby. Loved the charm of the older details of the hotel but was still very spacious and clean. ”

“We loved our room especially with the wallpaper, which suited it perfectly. Christopher at the front desk was a delight and font of information, and it was wonderful to have a reserved parking spot for our room. The room was spotless with some of the best pillows we’ve ever encountered on a trip. It was an easy walk to several restaurants and also to Main Street. The front desk also helped us make last minute reservations for accessing Cadillac Mountain, though the weather was not in our favor....

“The property is obviously an older facility but it is well maintained and looks fresh and clean. There was not a single thing we didn't like. Easy walk to downtown. We will absolutely stay there again if we return to the area.”
