“The location was beautiful and well worth the price. The indoor pool exceeded our expectations and was immaculate as was the hot tub. We did not use the outdoor pool or fire pit but both looked inviting. The location is close enough to walk to the d9wntown village. The rooms are a little dated but beds were comfortable, Internet access was excellent.”
“I was completely shocked when I showed up at the hotel and I received an upgrade due to overbooking. They sent me to their sister hotel. Wow!! Fabulous!! I truly enjoyed. “I loved staying at this hotel!! Room was spacious, clean, and had plenty of coffee with a coffee machine. Complimentary breakfast of good quality was served in a nice and clean restaurant. The staff at the front desk was kind and helpful. If I have chances to go back to the Bar Harbor area, I'd definitely choose this hotel again. Highly recommendable. ”
“I should start with, I don't leave reviews. I was pleasantly surprised at the level of service that I received from Dave at check in. I felt immediately welcomed and his suggestions for dinner were spot on. The room was clean and quiet. Plus the view was better than area hotels at more than double the cost. Definitely a hidden gem. ”
“This is really a wonderful facility, and the staff/owner was very professional, gracious, and pleasant. The room was quite nice. The problem we had is that it is a little bit too far to walk to downtown, which is kind of important because the parking and downtown Bar Harbor is absolutely horrendous.”
