“The lodge is in the middle of nowhere. If you like that kind of thing, you will love it. Food is a long way away so eat before you go in or carry some groceries with you. You can use the kitchen. ”
“We enjoyed our stay and the spectacular views. The cabin was cozy and well kept. The staff was very responsive and polite. My suggestions would be for a small microwave (couldn't reheat leftovers), comfortable chair inside the cabin and maybe an inside door lock to secure the door. Enjoyed Bar Harbor and small venues locally.”

“We stayed for two days. We read some reviews online and thought it would be a rougher stay. But alot of the reviews were debunked. The out front staff was super nice and even when the office wasn't open, had a number that we could call if we needed anything. The cleaning staff was cleaning every room when we checked in but had ours ready very quickly. There are some cosmetic things that could be fixed. One worry that we had was bed bugs, we did not see any sign of them. It was good place to stay...
