We were really impressed by our stay here. The staff were all very friendly, they accommodated an early check in, the room was spacious and our kids loved the pool. I have no complaints about or stay and would definitely stay there again. Great location in close proximity to outlets and skiing.

The staff were very friendly and very helpful. The rooms were very clean. Only complaint I had was there was no bartender on for Friday night so you can only get beer and wine and then they didn’t have a lot of staff in the morning for the breakfast and at night, only one bar tender on serving drinks and also serving food.

We did not have breakfast there, it was a bit pricey. Hotel was located in a great spot to all things. The only real negative is the noise in the hall is heard in the room quiet clearly but that's hard to control, I am sure. We would definitely consider staying there again.

The check in to the hotel was fantastic. The room directly across from us had a large dog barking non-stop, all day. The front desk stated that they had received complaints regarding the barking, but could not reach the occupants of the room. We tried to last it out, but I had two small toddlers who needed to nap, so they quickly changed us to another floor. The entirety of our trip, the pool was closed for maintenance. I booked this hotel alone for the fact that they had an indoor pool, and we were unable to use it.

This is a nice updated property with great rooms and excellent location to many activities. However, the staff are not well trained and not service orientated. For example, the service is slow, they are unprofessional (often having their own conversations and making guests wait to be served) and have also had some odd encounters (the front desk associate, Nancy, seemed to be dismissive and unhelpful when we asked for simple amenities like shower caps and a bottle opener). At over $300 per night, we expected better service and amenities.
