"This was a cute hotel. The buildings were separated into clusters, and wound up the hillside. The property was clean and pretty. It was dated, though. Our room was nice, but looked like it was from the 80s. I would honestly stay there again."
"Everything about this place is lovely, from the staff to the amenities! They hand out free s'mores kits to every guest, so everyone can have fun at the fire pit. The game room has ping-pong and free arcade games. There are two pools: a toasty indoor one and a chilly outdoor one. We skipped the outdoor pool because it was a frosty 32°F out there.
The lobby makes you feel like you've wandered into a cozy cabin in the woods, but this is actually a large, luxurious hotel. Our room had a patio and sat just a few steps from the lobby, which was AMAZING for getting to everything quickly.
We didn't have time for the activities, but from what we saw, they look worth a while! You can scale the climbing wall, hop on an e-bike for an off-road adventure, or catch a dive-in movie while floating in the pool. You don't even have to set foot in Yosemite National Park to soak up its scenery.
We also ate at the Jackalope, and the food was wonderful. The steak was cooked to perfection. For a spot within "walking" distance in a fairly remote area, it doesn't get much better."
"Very easy check in and the staff was so nice. Great location. We walked to the Smokehouse BBQ for dinner. The rooms were large and comfortable. Great place to stay for your Yosemite adventure."
"Lovely place to stay with fabulous views. As with most casinos, don’t expect a refrigerator or even microwave in your room. They want you to use the onsite dining options, which are generally OK. We asked if we could have access to a microwave and they offered one for 20$…otherwise, we found everything to be quite reasonable."
The Inelle, Oakhurst Yosemite, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel
8/10 Good
"Rooms were reasonably clean. Did not get enough towels and had to ask for toilet paper, was not restocked. Cute presentation, but needs some upkeep. Overall not a bad deal."
"Excellent place to stay. I booked one single room of the lodge. But owner is so kind he gave me an entire lodge with 5 bedrooms and dinning and kitchen on mountaintop at same price. Excellent view from top!! 240 degrees view!!"
