"Had made my reservations online and i had made the original one apparently for the wrong date (the day after I needed) so i had to book room again for the correct day and I was not allowed to cancel and get a refund even though it was as soon as i clicked to print the receipt i realized and expedia says hotel does not do refunds when i went to the hotel they said they would give a refund if i had made it through them and that expedia would have to refund me i told them expedia says they do not do refunds and said that was final and they say they do but i never go a refund then when i checked in it was freezing cold in the room literally speaking actually well below freezing there was a sheet and a thin blanket i turned heat up as high as it would go and t was still freezing when i left in the morning and i told they employee and they did not even respond "

"Front staff lady was very rude. She did not welcome me. She just asked, do you have a registration? She was in a bad mood, i do not know the reason. I was pleasant and sweet and tried to make her smile. No luck. She was mad about sometime. I felt sad and I went to bed sad. The room was beautiful and clean. Food and kitchen was top notch."
"Beautiful hotel! Very friendly staff and a beautiful room. And in the perfect location to walk everywhere in Yellow Springs. The only downside was that the HVAC system in the room is noisy and the rooms could be more soundproof. We have been here before this visit and we will visit again. And their restaurant has delicious food!"
