"Power went out for a few hours but it’s a bit overpriced in my opinion but it’s a decent hotel. "

"I was suppose to book May 22nd-May23rd and had my friend check the reservation. I have now rebooked for May 22nd to the 23rd at different hotel"

"They have private garage which you need pay, about $20 per day. Also you need pay for the breakfast, not free. The best part is the location, super good for visiting downtown, white river park, museums, restaurants and feel safe. One thing I want to complain is microwave inside room."

"My wife dropped her wedding band down the drain by accident and the head of maintenance was able to recover it. He was a life-saver. "

"Pet friendly. But was missing a blanket for the pull out bed. And staff wouldn't provide one. "

"The breakfast and dinner menu is really good, and the staff is very friendly and helpful! My daughter and I stayed here for a little weekend getaway, and we truly enjoyed ourselves! One thing we would suggest is that the staff clean out the whirlpool periodically throughout the day because of the amount of oil and dirt that we saw while trying to relax. That was a turn off for us returning back to the pool the next day."

"Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, Room was very clean, and although the hotel was surrounded by construction not related to the hotel itself coupled with them setting-up for the NCAA Final Four tournament, it was very quiet and calm. The centralized location brought us to the hotel, the experience we had will bring us back."
