“Beautiful mountain view. The bed was not very comfortable and sagged in the middle so you would roll to the middle of the bed. It was nice and peaceful and the staff was very friendly. The property was very clean inside and out. We would stay here again!”

After checking in at the office, they texted me the location map that took us straight to the property, which was clean and well stocked with kitchen items, towels, etc. The heated bathroom floor was a plus. I called the number provided by hotels.com, the only contact information I was provided. The phone went directly to voicemail without providing any check in information. I called hotels.com customer service (twice) and the couldn’t get through either. My credit card was charged for all 4 days and I am still fighting for a refund.”
