Room was clean, except we had to request for the air conditioner to be adjusted because we had no heat. They did exchanged the air conditioner unit but still didn't work. We chose not to move from that room because to much to move. It was only one more night. Overall it was good.

The Hotel location is a beautiful spot. The near by restaurants and amenities are fantastic-mist within easy walking distance. The Italian Deli is a standout and The Tickets Restaurant too.
