“The accommodations were very good, especially accommodating our dog which is difficult in the area. Nicely appointed amenities. The included breakfast was outstanding. The decor was classy but not pretentious. They admitted there was a stain on our rug and carpet replacement was pending. Lastly they prepared the sofa bed for son. Overall an excellent experience. ”

Upon arrival, the hotel was completely empty — no staff at the front desk, no note or key left for us, and no response to calls or texts.
