"Clean room, very nice staff"

"Staff were friendly and courteous. Breakfast was limited. Few entrees. Older facility that shows its wear. Linen and towels were clean, but the room needed to be vacuumed."

"Got to hotel at check in time after 8 hour drive and told room wasn’t ready and didn’t know when it would be ready "

"Breakfast ok. Room clean. Heat worked. Was NOT immediately greeted upon arrival. Had no idea where employees were. We stood at counter several minutes and no one came from the back room or any where to check us in. After we were obviously confused & verbalized it between the two of us as what to do in this hotel with no visible employees, did the two ppl from popcorn machine come to the counter & started to check us in! We weren’t the only people at the counter waiting. There was one other lady behind us."

"The breakfast was good. I liked the waffle maker. The room could have been cleaner but it was comfy and the right price. The pool was nice and cool. Very relaxing after walking around downtown Columbus all day. Wish there was a hot tub. I'd give 5 stars if there was a hot tub. "

"The room was nice. There was planty of room and it was very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was not able to get a receipt. They told me that it would be sent by Hotels.com. I still do not have it."

"Room was clean, shower was good and everyone was friendly…..however since I was on the second floor whomever was above me was very noisy and was stomping back & forth on the floor above me!!"
