"Lovely hotel in an excellent location, just a short walk from Tower Bridge. The staff were very courteous and helpful throughout my stay. The only drawback was the room temperature—on a hot day, I found that the air conditioning was centrally controlled, so I couldn’t adjust it using the in-room thermostat. Fortunately, the staff promptly provided a fan upon request, which made the stay more comfortable."

"We liked it's position. We especially liked having the Victoria underground station next door. We used it every day. But it is also within walking distance to Buckingham Palace, Hyde Park and many great pubs and restaurants."

"My room was on the street side which was a busy roadway where people were racing their motorcycle engines. Lots of traffic."

"In the heart of Piccadilly, excellent location, close to everything, so many food options around, close to Oxford street shopping district. Tourists attractions easy to access from this area. The rooms are extremely minimalist, a little table and a chair badly needed in the rooms, other than that comfortable stay newly remodeled."

"Really lovely hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were lovely especially with the air con, breakfast was so nice too. Good location loads to do around and everything in a short walking distance. Would go back again ! "
