"Room was clean and air conditioning was good. However, the hot water tap on the sink was broken and could not be fixed by maintenance. A contractor would need to come in. They offered to help move us to another room, but we declined since we had already unpacked our clothes and toiletries and had just 2 nights left to stay. It’s obvious that the tap did not just break. Tap was difficult to turn and water was blocked. This problem should have been found and fixed before assigning paying guests to it."

"So thrilled with our stay. Four star hotel was very clean, comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast buffet. Staff was always pleasant and helpful. Location was walking distance to Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, Parliament, Buckingham Palace. Being across from Victoria Train Station was at times seedy but the advantages of easy transportation outweighed the negatives. Victoria Coach Station was 10-15 mins walk so getting to and from the airports was fairly easy. Tube and buses were just a block away. Victoria as a terminus stop for some buses made it easier to return from Harrods’, also 15 mins away. Taxis readily available. We would definitely stay here again and will also see where there are other Riu locations worldwide. Thank you for a lovely stay!"

"Unbelievable staff and beautiful bar and restaurant. Room was fine but not what you’d expect given the prices. Room 251 also had a loud sound of a running tap or shower throughout the entire night."

"The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful room could of been cleaner though and tea,coffee,sugar,milk there wasn't enough.. my partner is a wheel chair user but there was a couple of steps that lead to our room so he had to get out the wheelchair and I had to carry the wheelchair over the steps but part from that everything was great and staff went out there way to help"
