“The hotel Funplace is in front of Bikini Beach and we could see the ocean from the Whirlpool! The room was big enough for us 4 with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Huge balcony. There was always water and coffe (Nescafé) im room. The air conditioner was very good. The beds are very good as well. Internet was not top, unfortunately didn’t work at the whole time. The only negative point was that the door didn’t lock at all! So I left my important things in the Safe and took the key with me every time!...

“It was a wonderful stay. I chose the hotel for a day use (I had made a payment for a night stay) and asked for an early check-in priorly. The hotel said as long as all rooms are booked it would offer an early check in. I was at hotel 8am and recieved a room key within 10 minutes;-) Room was comfortable and clean. Linen is colour of Maldivian beach (blue and white) which I liked the most. Staff were excellent. Recommended restaurant was really nice and they arrange a taxi to the airport on time....

I saw a comment saying that the receptionists only know how to get money and that is absolutely correct. Checkin process was awful. Receptionist were not professional. Nobody explains anything about the hotel, about the locations, eating times and the activities. You are on your own.
And the guy who was supposed to take us to our rooms along with the other guests MISSED our room (which we reminded him lol) so we had to walk back and try to find our room by ourselves… (trust me its not easy to find the room bc the number of rooms are not in order)
If its your first time in Maldives, you might think this hotel is amazing but We had been to the maldives couple times before and compared to the other hotels, this hotel was missing a lot.
Other than these,
The room cleaning staff was so nice and the staff in the restaurant were also so nice.
The sea and the beach is great but its not easy to see the sharks.
Pool is great but there are only 7-8 sunbeds so you better wake up early to reserve your seat hahaha
Its a good hotel overall. Except for the communication issues with the reception on the first day, all was great.

"숙소깨끗하고 다양한 이벤트가 있어 좋았습니다. 숙소에서 넓은 라군을 볼 수 있어 좋았고 스노쿨링을 할 수 있는 환경도 좋았네요. 올인클루시브 그런가요? 일찍 숙소 도착했음에도 바로 채크인 방에 들어가서 쉴수 있었고 점심식사도 가능했네요. 체크이웃할때도 비행기 시간이 밤11시 였는데 비행기 시간에 맞춰서 스피드보트 탈 수 있도록 해줘서 저녁까지 먹고 출발할 수 있었네요.(물론 12시 체크아웃 후에는 방에서 나와서 리조트 부대시설만 이용가능) 공항 체크인 카운터 입구까지 배웅 해주는 배려가 너무 좋았습니다."
