"The rooms are basic, but clean and comfortable. However, the state of the room is a little tired, e.g. the mirror in the bathroom was old and was blacking along the edges, the wooden door frames in the bathroom was rotten. The bathrooms had an 'all in one' liquid soap for 'shampoo, body and face'. No conditioner or body lotion. There is a kettle, tea & coffee in the room. Biggest drawback is that there is no water dispenser on each floor, so every time you need water for tea or coffee or for your own water bottle, then you have to go down to reception on the 5th floor to fill up. The hotel location is great and so convenient."

"Lovely hotel that is really convenient to stay at if attending events at the Exhibition centre a few minutes walk away. The Harbourview rooms are amazing and worth the extra as you can see right across to Kowloon side."

"Room was spacious. However the beds are only double beds and roller beds will cost half the price of my entire booking. Breakfast was excellent, plenty of options. Omelet station was a bit stingy with the toppings though. The complementary shuttle to and from the airport was very much appreciated l."

"Love everything about the hotel. The concierge was so thoughtful, asking whether we need a taxi ride. When we mentioned taking the bus. He then asked about our flight schedule and told us where to take the bus. Everything are thoughtful and professional. We are so thankful for everything, for their team especially Kamala, the housekeeper (from Nepal). Love her cleaning. It especially shows when we move to another room on another level. Thank you and thank you and see you next time when we returned to Hong Kong."
