“It was good! There were signs saying excuse the dust while we renovate but we didn’t notice anything that was anywhere near inconvenient. Okay breakfast and delicious evening cookies. Right on the water and gorgeous views. They gave us a pack n play I requested which was much appreciated, I just wished it came with extra sheets by time we wanted to use it was too late with both the kids asleep. ”

“I was in Newport for a family & Friend celebration weekend to launch a law school career and stayed at OYO Waves because it was close to our venue and highly recommended. I was very happy with my large, modern, renovated, light filled room. I had an ocean front room and it was magnificent to be steps away from the ocean! The staff was also friendly and helpful. There was even breakfast included, access to a large fitness facility with swimming pool, hot tub, and dry sauna. I’d definitely stay...

“Such a beautiful property! Many thoughtful details and the rooms were spacious. Lovely to have the rockers on the private patio and we enjoyed the fireplace as well. So convenient to walk across the street for food and shopping trails and the beach were so close by. Staff was very kind and helpful! I wish the beds were firmer, much too squishy for my liking but everything else was perfect!”
