“The checking-in was extremely low, the person in charge seemes not to be knowledgeable about the process. The rooms were supposed to be paid in full. At the check out they messed up, charging me what I already paid. When I realized the error, nad they the agreed that was an error on their side, they told 15-30 day to reimburse the wrong charges. Really not a very good customer service at the front desk. Restaurant and other areas the service was excellent.”

“Love this place but I really wish they would have better food. Everything is covered in cheese or mayo and everything is gluten free. I tend to limit my stays to one or two nights max at a time because I get hungry.”
