"Upon entering, the room smelled musty. The room sounded like it was not sound-proofed, you could hear people all throughout the night. The worst part however was the bathroom. It smelled like urine and it wasn't until I used the shower that I figured out why. The shower curtain was cloth and was too long for the tub so bunched up in the tub and got wet - the urine smell was from the shower curtain!"

"The air in our room would not go below 76 on the window unit. The wall controller did not have batteries to try and operate it. I told the front desk and they immediately moved us to another room. At bedtime, I went to slide into bed and felt something in the bed. It was a pair of dirty socks. I then saw crumbs in the bed as well. I went to the front desk again. The lady apologized profusely and moved us rooms again. When I told the front desk at check-out the next morning, they also apologized profusely. No other form of compensation was ever offered though. "
