"We loved our stay here, the room was big and clean, and the beds and pillows were SO comfortable. The location is perfect right downtown, very walkable and right across from the architecture tour. Would definitely stay here again."

"No complaint about Hilton Chicago. Huge hotel with lots of travelers. has extra fees for amenties that I have to pay, which was fine since the pricing was very reasonable in the first place. Others than sleeping at night, my wife and I spend all of time enjoying our visit in Chicago. Hilton was a very nice place to stay for a few days."

"Staff were superfriendly and willing to help me during my stay. Then upon arrival front desk was super friendly and welcoming and filling me in on all the necessary items. Overall, clean and good room, friendly staff from the front desk to the bartenders on the roof. Slight wait for elevators, but it's an older building, so that's expected."
