"First and foremost, was the issue of the bulk of the guests being long-term residents of the hotel. It seemed as though we were the only overnight guests. They advertise great rates on weekly rentals and it appeared that the hotel was quite full with long-term guests. There was a lot of noise, a lot of dirt, a lot of very bad smells, and dogs roaming in the halls. The area itself did not feel safe, entirely. The room was not very clean, including the floor being sticky. The caveat is that the price was very low, so at least there was that. However people should be told that it isn't really the kind of hotel where most people are overnight guests."

"The woman at the front desk was very pleasant to work with and very helpful. We needed a pack-n-play for our 8-month old and she had one sent up to our room right away. She also remembered our room number without us needing to tell her when we went to the front desk to rent a video game. It was a little thing, but it meant a lot! :)"
