“This was my first time in this hotel, booked with hotels.com. This hotel was very clean, well maintained, and its staff was very friendly and helpful. I had booked a single room for 3 nights. I had booked a single room. The room was clean with all amenities. What let the room and the hotel down spectacuarly was the thinness of the wall and the noise coming from room 19 next door, with door banging and shouting atvall hours. But manager kindly moved me to a quieter room on the second night.”

“We stayed for 3 nights for a Birthday celebration. With beautiful views from our sea view room. Parking was easy and right in front of the hotel entrance. Breakfast made fresh to order and of very good quality. Staff are very pleasant & friendly. They were very welcoming, helpful and dog friendly to our 2 pooches. The only criticism would be the Skirting and corners in the room was quite dusty. There were cobwebs on the ceiling and picture rails in the dining room. But overall an enjoyable...

“Such a convenient location for the shops and also the Theatre and restaurants. We did eat in the restaurant which was so pleasant and the staff are very helpful. They do Gluten free too, which was great for me the food overall is amazing. There is air con and a fridge which work very well.”

“Wonderful stay at Pale Hall Hotel. Beautiful and comfortable room. Warm and welcoming staff. Excellent dining options - a tasting menu / fine dining or a bar menu. Both served in a beautiful dining room. We had the bar menu and it was wonderfully cooked. Morning breakfast was perfect and a small gift of water and cookies for our journey much appreciated. We would highly recommend this hotel. ”
