"Good location for staying for a concert at the Amphitheater. King Room did not have a closet to hang clothes and there are no hooks in the bathroom to hang your towels after shower. Hotel should invest in putting an Armoire in the room at the very least."

"I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Everything was great overall. My only complaint was that the hot tub’s hydrotherapy jets were not working. The water was nice and hot, but the massage jets did not work. Other than that, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again!"

"The number one thing about our stay was the staff. John checked is in and everyone we interacted with was positive and helpful. They were generous with coffee and towels. When a little maintenance was needed, they were two quick to reply, the problem wasn't significant enough and we needed to rest. A wild party interrupted next door to us and I asked when quiet time started and at that time (10pm) the wild noise stopped. The TV was good, the balcony better, and the exercise room more than adequate. We did not eat on property but service is available. Thank you Margaritaville."
