"The hotel had free parking, which was good. The staff were not friendly at all. The pool was empty completely. The elevators were not working properly. The floors were wet inside the and the hallways. The room was very clean and comfy, but definitely not staying in this hotel. Also they have banquets or parties on the first floor and it’s always busy."

"The property and front desk are amazing 10/10. We returned for a concert to see the onsite eating space had liquor and barfood choices ( wings, etc). Open until 12:00pm. The downsize was the valet parking service- at $39 overnight, the service could be improved. I enjoyed the fitness center, pool and jacuzzi. I plan on staying again on my return to Cleveland."
