โThe service desk guy was friendly and accommodating.
The room was nice, beds slept well.
The pool chemical was off or the filter wasn't working properly. but, my grandchildren enjoyed it anyway.
The breakfast was very good. It had biscuits & gravy, eggs, sausage, toast, bagels, pancakes, yogurt they dont skip on the items they offer. โ
โIt wasn't completely booked and I stayed downstairs but a very active family was put in the room above me. Running, jumping is never ok in a 2nd floor room and some people are just too stupid to know that!โ
โThe staff is friendly. The hotel is clean and has large rooms. It is outdated but it's clear they are working on updating the rooms. There is no continental breakfast (which we knew from staying here on another trip) and the staff lets you know of the on-line error. โ
