โThis was such a little gem to stay in! I wish we couldโve stayed more than the one night but weโll definitely be staying here the next time we visit. I loved the bed and breakfast feel mixed with the old school hotel vibes. My boyfriend and I played a game of pool together, and then played a couple of games with one of the guests. I love the included drinks and snacks that were available, the muffins were delicious! I also loved the โreal keysโ, it was a nice touch. Some people may not care...
โThe place is part of a golf coarse across the street from a lookout over the bay. Just beautiful. The town is nearby where there's a great bistro. Asphalt parking lot, which matters for my Harley. โ
โThe gentleman at the front desk was very friendly upon check-in, and provided restaurant suggestions. While the hotel is in a quiet area a bit outside downtown, everything in downtown North Bay is a short drive away. The room was nice and clean. The private beach was a nice bonus. And the price was very reasonable. No complaints.โ
โOne of the few motels in that area of Manitoulin Island. Very welcoming host and very helpful. A decent restaurant in the area called the Garden Gate. The room was small but cozy and clean. Well set up with coffee and tea. Bathroom clean with a good selection of shampoo, bodywash and skin lotionโ
โThe rooms were clean. It was a wonderful stay with a great breakfast and a pool for the kids. This was booked at the last minute to save our vacation from another absolutely awful hotel room. I commend the fantastic people at this hotel for saving our vacation.โ
โDrew was exceptionally afriendly and accomodating, gave us tea and a kettle for after dinner. Nearby (walking 3 mins) italian restaurant was great too.โ
โThe staff was lovely and helpful. They all seemed to enjoy their work. Everything is neat and clean. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. I slept for 9 hours which is very rare for me.
Kudos to the manager for a very nice experience.โ
