“This hotel provided us a room with a non-working refrigerator, which they knew ahead of time prior to check-in. We brought this to the staff’s attention, to which they did not discount our room, nor did they accommodate us by providing another room, free of charge. Unfortunately the few perishables we had purchased for the remainder of our stay were spoiled because of this, as we had anticipated a working refrigerator. “After, I don't really know, 24+hours of travel through 3 airports, trains, buses, all day sightseeing (layover in Rome), the overhead shower was a lifesaver! The room was the perfect environment for catching up on sleep. The breakfast was so, so good! I have zero complaints.”
