"The resort fee is very confusing. I researched this property before my stay. There were many comments on the resort fee including free drinks at their bar. When I asked about it, I wad told that the hotel lost their liquor license even thought they had a bar that was still in service. They said that we could enjoy sodas as a consolation. There was also a time that I inquired about their laundry room. The person at the front said the change machine was broken but they keep plenty of quarters at the desk. Later that day I decided to do my laundry. I went to the front desk and asked to get some change for a bill so I could do my laundry. They said they didnt have any quarters. When I tried to explain my interaction earlier thay day, she interrupted me and threw her hands up saying "we ran out, there's nothing we can do". I feel very grateful that the Land of Enchantment was truly enchanting because I still left my vacation completely happy with my overall time in New Mexico."

"The room was clean but we found a can of Mountain Dew behind the sofa. Make me wonder if the room was cleaned or not, maybe someone just had forgotten to pick the can up. Great A/C. Building looked like it was renovated but at least it was renovated correctly. Elevator was slow. Wish the pool was opened longer like 10pm. Staff was great. Parking wasn’t bad , didn’t have to worry about my vehicle. Breakfast was what you expect. I’d stay here again"
