“Overall, this was a great property. If you want a brand new hotel, stay at a chain hotel. The elevator was original and could only be operated by an employee. The interior was beautiful and well maintained. Rooms are smaller than a chain hotel, but people were smaller in 1927 when the hotel was built. Highly recommend with its history and its great staff. ”
“The hot breakfast was amazing, something for everyone. The staff was available to answer questions and/or help in any way. Very pleasant feeling.
Tossing out, perhaps an evening non-alcoholic happy hour might something to think about in the future, or not. Just chips, popcorn and/or pretzels & sodas. ”
“Resort itself is clean and good. 15 minutes' drive from Sedona. There was no mention about the room with second floor, with twenty stairs on the web. My parents first agreed using second floor, but complained for three whole days about the stairs & network availability. Staffs with blunt attitute here might need some motivation.”
“This Hotel is cleaned and the location is great. This will be our go to hotel whenever we are in Flagstaff. The only down side is paying for parking fees. ”
“This place is close to everything you will want to do in Williams. If it’s too far to walk you have free bicycles to use. We plan on returning to Williams and will definitely want to stay here again”
