"The room was clean, staff was personable, loved the pool area, slides great. The breafast was very nice. They changed it up so there was something different the next time we came. I would definitely go again. "
"Our room was over all great, it had lots of space and beds were comfortable. We stayed in a king suite with a sofa bed for our kids and a full kitchen. The bathroom needs a renovation but useable however the rest of the room was good. Our biggest issue was the pool though, we like to pick a place with a pool because my son loves to swim. However the moment my son and husband went in the pool they instantly felt all slimy on their skin. The ladders to get out of the pool were also not secure so it was also a safety concern, when we told the staff our complaint they said they’d tell maintenance. I feel that wasn’t good enough. No offer of any compensation which was very disappointing given how gross that pool was. They shouldn’t even have the pool open currently. If you want a decent place and decent price. It’s good for that, but if you want a pool. Definitely pick somewhere else."
"Across the hall, People leaving their dog in the room and was barking for hours. The 3rd floor is was supposed to be pet free. Call the front desk and they just let the people have their dog in attended. I feel the hotel didn’t care about an animal unattended. It should be clear to guest with pets not to leave them alone.
Didn’t appreciate parents let their kids running and screaming in the hallways, like it was a playground. Also one of those kids pulled the fire alarm first night we’re there.
Enjoyed everything else about the stay tho. Room was amazing. Easy parking. I’d say friendly staff. But I didn’t like how they didn’t care about an unattended dog in another guest’s room.

"I was very happy with this hotel. Knowing PG well I was spectacle of the area. The fencing around the main parking lot was comforting. The room was very spacious for 2 adults and 2 young boys. One boy got food poisoning from a restaurant near by when I explained to hotel staff that I required cleaning supplies they immediately brought what I needed to our room. So very pleased with our stay."
