"It’s a hotel that’s transitioning to a new owner. I asked the front desk to borrow some window cleaner and they had some as a youngster had left their jam covered handprints on the window. At first, the hot tub was well below the level for the pump to activate the jets, and I mention this to the staff. This was remedied within hours. Having stated a number of hotels, I’ve learned from experience if you don’t get to the breakfast when they first put it out as I did on the second day, the food is a little less than desirable."

"Liked the Starbucks. Nicer more modern upgrades done to an older hotel. Parking could have been weird. Thankful we arrived in fall rather than busy summer so could park on the street in front of the hotel."

"No issues, I will return. Property was clean and modern. Parking was easy. Good restaurants were in the building and nearby. The downtown area is experiencing visible addiction and homeless challenges, but I never felt unsafe walking around in the evening."

"The staff was very helpful. The hotel is clean, and very handy to the train station, where we went in the morning. They let us leave our car in the overflow parking lot while we have come to Prince Rupert. The complimentary continental breakfast was good."
