Hotel Zoe Fisherman's Wharf
10/10 Excellent
"Family staying in SF - 3 rooms for 3 nights and overall Hotel Zoe was excellent. All the staff couldn’t do enough to help especially reception team and huge thanks to Ryan from the restaurant who went above and beyond for his help with the Waymo experience 😁 Very well located hotel for Fisherman’s Wharf and the vintage Cable Car to Union Square. A long way out to Golden Gate Park but still well worth the journey. Parking at the hotel very expensive but plenty of other options nearby and only other negative was the bathroom design - door for sink area into bathroom a bit awkward and floor getting wet from shower through the ‘tap hole’ in the shower screen. Everything was always clean and tidy, nice area to sit out by the fires in the evening and tea/coffee station at nice touch in the mornings."

Club Quarters Hotel in San Francisco
10/10 Excellent
"Really great place to stay! The staff is very friendly and communicative. Check in and out is straight forward and smooth. It’s one of the great ones in the area for sure."

The Monterey Hotel
8/10 Good
"Our room was clean and the bed comfortable. This is an older property so you have to realize some parts are historic and don’t have amenities you might find in most newer properties. Our room didn’t have a/c. They did have fans and we could open the window. It was cooler outside so our room never got too hot. The historic portion might require some stairs off the elevator where a luggage cart can’t go. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was coffee, tea & hot cocoa available in the morning in the parlor off the lobby. The lobby had couches, a little book lending library. There was a table & chairs if you wanted to play games. We only wished it had a TV to watch the Workd Cup. The price was right for our budget. It was conveniently near the ward, the plaza, restaurants, bars and a great walking path."

Handlery Union Square Hotel

Hyatt Regency San Francisco

Archer Hotel Napa
10/10 Excellent
"We will definitely staying at Archer again, next time we go back to Napa. This hotel is clean and staff were very nice. We are so happy with the location which is close to a lot of restaurants and shops and public parking. We only stayed for a night but we had a great time especially having wine and food at the roof top and met some people who also lives in the Bay Area. We all talk for hours and that was fun."

Hotel Riu Plaza Fisherman's Wharf

Outbound Mammoth
8/10 Good
"The ambiance was what stood out the most. The lounge with the gas fire in the center was welcome for heat first thing in the morning (July). I wake up earliest in my family and my ritual was to get a cup of coffee and sit by the fire and catch up on email, news, etc. Super nice. The hot tub was hot and pool quite chilly. The restaurant/bar had excellent food and service and large selection of local beer. My complaint is with maintenance. Fridge wouldn't stay shut without a chair holding door closed. Damage in ceiling had been repaired with white paint instead of a matching off white and ceiling was not retextured. The base of the old smoke alarm had been left empty. The toilet would rock on its mounting a small amount. The kitchen faucet was not attached to the countertop. Overall, I really enjoyed it. I truly felt like I was on vacation. It didn't impact my experience much, but the maintenance needs to be stepped up."

Hilton San Francisco Financial District
10/10 Excellent
"I would definitely stay again at this location. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I got to store my bags before check-in and explore Chinatown which is literally a couple steps away. I had a concert at the Chase Center which was such a short trip via the T line. The next morning after checking out I decided to go to Fisherman's Wharf which the bus was just short less than 5-minute walk away. Once again highly recommend! My room was a One King Bed with Balcony and City Views! Loved it!"
