"Brilliant hotel; the shuttle bus to/from the airport is super handy! All further transport links at the airport to get you in to Dublin. Good food, lots of options between the two restaurants and the 24hr snack shop In the main foyer. Staff all super helpful and friendly. Good value for money!"

"Conveniently located. Clean and a variety of restaurant venues. I’ll stay again. Annette of the restaurant, really kind and helpful. Staff accommodated a bag storage. Overall Staff helpful. At 3:30 am we loaded our own bags in the van, but the driver got us to the terminal and helped us get them out."

"This used to be my favorite hotel in London. This trip, the hotel was just not as well maintained. In addition, one of the three elevators was broken, making it challenging to get to rooms and also to check out. The location nd staff re fabulous. The hotel just needs a little love and attention."

"The kids' activities were absolutely incredible for children. There was a lot going on and staff around. It wasn't a dedicated kids' club in the sense that they repurposed their conference hall facilities, but nevertheless they added a great dimension to our stay. I would really highly recommend it, and things like the bikes too are a great addition. The staff are all really good with kids and breakfast as well, and everywhere, so I would say, , incredible stay as parents!"
