I honestly was a bit disappointed (with the exception of my first day check in) that the front desk and inside bar staff were not very welcoming or pleasant towards me. Outside staff and restaurant staff were AMAZING so it balanced out. "

"We had a great stay. The hotel was nice, comfortable and clean. The only pain in the butt is that the whole front of the hotel is valet parking only. There is not much room to unload luggage from your car especially if you're not valet parking. The parking situation was the only cluster. "
