“Precious was awesome! Nothing at all wrong with the hotel! My only irritant was that there wasn’t any blackout curtains, so a light outside was shining right into my eyes all night. Other than that, it was great!!”

The really nice thing was that the room was ADA friendly and there were certain things that they put in the room that every Hotel should consider. They had a bench by the bathroom they had a bunch of towels underneath the sink, they had an office chair that had no arms on it and a very comfortable armchair which was very convenient. “The property had a great private beach access, rooms were clean and beds were comfy, the balcony was great with an ocean view. The pool was long and great to swim in. They had refillable pure water station. The windrose restaurant had tasty food but slightly expensive. They include gratuity in the checks.
The only complaints I had was there was no exhaust in the room we stayed in and we had to rent the umbrellas and chairs on the beach. Usually at the other resorts we stayed in Mexico etc...
