“The property is an historic hotel. The lobby area is beautiful, old fashioned architecture. We did find the parking lot crowded, and the street level check in area was not clearly marked.”

“This trip was for a major surgery I was having and traveling to a world renowned surgeon in Rockford. From the minute we walked in the door Michelle was absolutely amazing. She was informative, genuine and welcoming. I was nervous and knew that at least my stay here was going to be wonderful. The day of my surgery we returned and we asked for extra pillows, she was spot on and said absolutely and anything else we needed, do not hesitate to ask. She recommended the restaurant and they did...

“Last minute stop during a trip halting snowstorm. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Desk service was fast and helpful. Morning weather clean up staff was friendly. Unfortunate that dining facilities have limited open hours/days as there was no way I was making another trip out. ”
