“Our stay was amazing, when we checked in staff was very friendly.
Once in our room We did find blood on our mattress cover. Called front desk and they immediately sent house cleaning. They apologized, and completely stripped and cleaned our bedding. When we checked out the gave us 50% off our stay.
We would definitely stay there again!”
“Pros: Hotel has fresh paint and new carpeting and furnishings. Breakfast was hot and good, the usual breakfast for this hotel chain. The room was clean, beds were comfortable, linens and furniture are new, and room was spacious with two queen beds and a full size sofa sleeper. Staff was friendly.
Cons: Hotel is under renovation but was not noisy or disruptive. Because the hotel is under renovation the pool is currently closed.
Walls are thin and the kids in the room next door were loud.

“The room was clean; the bathroom had no exhaust fan, so the room felt very warm when someone showered; the walking upstairs was loud (not the hotel’s issue, but it made the stay uncomfortable); the pool was ok, but small; gym was nice; front desk staff was very nice; breakfast was good; we stayed for 5 nights”

No direct access to a parking garage, and valet area was congested. ”

“Everything was absolutely incredible. The staff was amazing, the hotel is incredible, the room was extremely clean, well taken care of. It’s nice to travel somewhere, pay a little extra and have my high expectations met. And the SMELL! Whatever the fragrance is that they have pumping through the hotel is wonderful. The in-room bar items are reasonable prices, the CANNED WATER was a 10/10, we loved this place, we will absolutely be staying here from now on when we visit Lexington. ”
