“Ebony at Smokey Joe's cafe was amazing. When we couldn't find our food comp, she walked us to guest services where we met Linda, who was equally amazing. Not only did she find our comp, she tripled it for our "inconvenience." We were not inconvenienced in the least; we enjoyed chatting with Linda. All in all, a trip that greatly exceeded our expectations based on the service we obtained. We will definitely be back!”

“This was NOT a good stay! The website was down to check in. The lady at the front desk was rude and left me on hold for someone else to assist me. The keys did not work to get in the building. Each time I left out the room to go outside the building, I had to walk around the building. The keys did not work for the entire weekend!!!! “Did not clean room when they were asked. A nightlight outlet flickered making an electrical popping noise constantly. The room doors were stuck and had shoulder it to open then it wouldn’t close completely. I strongly recommend not using this location.”

“DO NOT STAY HERE. Very disappointed with our experience. If you arrive after 10:00 p.m., be aware that the parking garage is closed and there is no front desk staff on duty. We had to find the after-hours entrance, and thankfully the overnight security guard was very kind and helpful. Unfortunately, our room was another story. “The front desk person was very pleasant. Parking was great. The room was a great size but in need of a little more attention to cleaning. Surprisingly quiet for a casino hotel which was nice. Visited the Sportsman Paradise restaurant on site. Food was good, but the staff not very attentive. Casino was clean and staff pleasant. Overall, decent and in a good location.”

“The rooms are updated but we had car fresheners hung over our lamps and on the ac unit which was odd. But the AC was amazing, parking is easy, and the pool was nice and clean. I only interacted with the front desk attendant and she was nice. This motel has come a long way over the years, and definitely a good choice for a super nice view of the lake. My only real complaint is that the beds are very firm so next time, mattress topper for us!”
