Personnel compétent mais très discret... On a eu régulièrement du mal à obtenir un bonjour... Dommage ! Attention : le check-in s'effectue dans un autre hôtel à 20 minutes à pied du centre-ville. Un peu contraignant quand on est à pieds...”

“Had an amazing stay at the altapura, read a few reviews a few days before we went and were worried, but it was great. Main complaints were about how hot the rooms were, which were understandable, but opening the window solved that. The other critique we read was about the restaurants and choice of food for half board. Breakfast was buffet and had a great selection. Dinner you get 65 euros contribution each evening towards food, which you can choose from the menu of the 3 different restaurants...

“This hotel was excellent in every way but the location. Well location was not too bad (around 30 min walk from the Centrale and 20 min tram-ride from the Centrale) but compared to other 5 star hotel it was somewhat inconvenient. I see that metro ljne 4 is under construction right by the hotel, so it will get better definitely”
