"The neighborhood is very old and rundown. We did try a café for dinner, which was within walking distance and I would not recommend doing so late at night."

Not sure how or why it was not fixed as the rest of the room was quite clean and looked newly conditioned. Really liked that I w=could have my dog for free. Wish this place had more places to walk the dog, but for the price it was not expected."
