"Awesome stay here. Room was very clean and beds super comfy! Roof top bar and pool were incredible! Staff were super friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious with so many options to choose from. We had a tour booked for early one morning before breakfast opened and they packed us our breakfast in a lunch box and made us a coffee for to take which was a lovely touch. Would highly recommend! "Whilst the staff were very helpful and quick to double check administration errors, the room needs a bit of TLC. It smelt of stale smoke (which I suspect is the result of smoke wafting in from outside) the bed was hard, and the shower design was not very good for anyone with mobility problems. However we were happy with our co-joined rooms for our kids, was neat and spacious, and the hotel followed up quickly when our room key wasn't working. Location was great, extremely central."
