"I had the special opportunity to stay at one of Marriott Bonvoy’s Postcard Cabins properties, and oh my goodness, what a wonderful experience!
Tucked away in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains, this cute and cozy little cabin was everything I could have hoped for and more. It was exceptionally clean, well stocked, and thoughtfully equipped with just about everything you could possibly need for a comfortable getaway.
The bed was super comfortable, and the kitchen had everything from pots and pans to knives, utensils, and other essentials. There was even a s’mores kit to enjoy by the fire! It’s those little touches that make an experience even more memorable.
Now, let’s talk about customer service, because for me, that is always key!
A very special thank you to Hen and Anna, two wonderful ladies who truly made a difference during my stay. What could have easily turned into a stressful situation was made so much easier thanks to their kindness, patience, and willingness to help. They were warm, welcoming, supportive, and always willing to answer my questions or point me in the right direction, from check-in right through to check-out.
Their exceptional hospitality certainly did not go unnoticed, and I genuinely appreciated everything they did.
A little FYI for future visitors: Mobile phone reception in this part of the Blue Ridge Mountains can be extremely limited or practically nonexistent, so plan accordingly.
