โWe were warmly welcomed by Don, the owner of this "gotta stay to believe" inn. The room was warm and cozy, like a hug. The property itself is a walk back in time. But, you've got to spend a little time with Don. Warm, charming, witty, smart, a little eccentric (in the best way), you'll love him!โ
โThe property is very nice and will be even nicer when the Renoโs are complete.. the staff were very nice, enthusiastic and polite.. good value.โ
โImpeccably clean and well-maintained, the on-site owners stay on top of things here and it shows. Location was convenient enough for a full day of hikes at Terrace Bay, Aguasabin and Rainbow Falls and Neyโs Provincial Park. โ
โWe really enjoyed the one bedroom suite! Having a kitchen and living room space is something we really like when travelling and this space was perfect. The balcony with chairs and a side table was a pleasant surprise as well. The free breakfast was good, from 5 am - 10 am which was really great, with all day coffee (excellent coffee), tea and juice!
We will definitely stay there againโ
โThe view of the surrounding tabletop mountains is a wonderful backdrop while you take in a meal on the raised deck. The options for breakfast surpass any morning fare given by most hotels. The staff is friendly. The pool facilities are well maintained. There is ample parking. We visited Kakabeka Falls, Fort William, and Chippewa Beach. There were two weddings, one taking place on the grounds with the mountains looking down. Do not stay in town. Stay at the Norโwester!โ
